Shipping policy

At Eatin-Good, we work with a variety of specialty food makers and suppliers to bring you a unique selection of products. Because some items are shipped directly from Eatin-Good while others are fulfilled by our trusted suppliers and vendors, your order may arrive in multiple shipments depending on the products purchased.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Most shipments are sent via USPS; however, shipping carriers may vary for products fulfilled directly by our suppliers.

If your order contains products shipping from different locations, you may receive separate packages and multiple tracking numbers. Tracking information will be emailed to you as each shipment is processed, so don’t be concerned if everything in your order does not arrive at the same time.

Shipping rates and promotional shipping offers apply to eligible destinations within the continental United States and Canada. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free shipping where applicable.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping origin, carrier, destination, weekends, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.
