 Double Dirty Nachos

Adding White Mountain Pickle Company's Double Dirty Dills to these chicken bacon ranch nachos takes them to the next level! Spicy or not, these are a great as a quick meal or party appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (22 oz) tortilla chips or waffle fries
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 5 slices bacon, crisply cooked
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions (4 medium)
  • 3 White Mountain Pickle Company Double Dirty Dills or for added heat, try Fire On The Mountain Double Dirty Dills, diced
  • Your Favorite Ranch Dressing
  • Your favorite brand of Thick ‘n Chunky salsa (optional)
  • Sour cream (optional)

Steps

  • Heat oven to 450°F. Place waffle fries on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake 20 minutes. Remove from oven.
  • Set oven control to broil. Top chips or waffle fries with 1 cup cheese, the chicken, remaining cup of cheese, the bacon and the pickles. If you don't like warm pickles, add them after broiling.
  • Broil 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm topped with the Ranch dressing and add salsa or sour cream if you like.
