Bourbon Barrel Foods - Barbecue Sauce with Bourbon and Sorghum

Kentucky's connection to barbecue sauce is hazy. There isn't a recognized "Kentucky-Style." However, by adding a splash of bourbon and sweetening it with Kentucky-grown sorghum, we created a distinctive Kentucky flavor. 

Ingredients: Water, sorghum, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, bourbon, Worcestershire sauce (water, sorghum, apple cider vinegar, naturally brewed soy sauce (water, soy beans, wheat, salt), tamarind, spices), salt, garlic, onion powder, cumin, black pepper, chili, cardamom, cinnamon, fennel, citric acid, cayenne pepper, cloves.
